I am very disappointed from Joao's company services.
After receiving the product I tried
performing it on live TV and it did not work and failed.
And after trying to reach out to Joao
on the issue. He was always late on him responses, responding only after couple of emails.
On
how to fix the issue, he asked me to send it back to him without even trying to see if he can help
virtually. After sending the product to him by DHL, the product is stuck there for him to release it
and while trying to communicate with him, he just stopped responding and after chasing him to see on
what to do ignoring the messages he responded that he will not be responsible on paying any of the
shipping costs to him or while sending it back to me.
I don't know what to call this but this
is the last time I am ordering any of Joao's releases.
Sadly , Ive heard his customer service sucks. Not so good when most of his products are electronic and quite expensive . I have not experienced this myself as my 'Joao' products are still working reliably for me but after hearing over and over again how he doesn't get back to his customers or takes forever to get back to you and is rude and has attitude in the process is a bit of a deterrent. Peace ...
I am very surprised by this, I thought Joao and his team were excellent with their speedy response. I had an issue with an electronic product and though they were great at getting back to me.
I have purchase many of Joao Miranda's magic and have always been extremely satisfied. The few times I reached to them they came back real quick and always getting things solved. You might have had a bad experience but in mine always excellent!
The EXACT same thing happened to me. Murphy's said they recieved my defective item, then Joao claimed he never got it. It's been 8 months of me trying to get my any kind of response. Horrific customer service.
