Very miss leading presentation. The procedure outline in the instruction to view the video does not
work. The Vendor however has provided a link to view the video and even so the page that needs to be
fill and up-loaded is not viewable or simply is not there. At this point $60 spent for nothing and I
am not getting answer from the Vendor anymore. Worse purchased ever and they don't offer a refund.
This is really a bad experience and the main disappointment is really from Mariano Goni.
I have not bought this product, but I have purchased other products by Mariano. He has always gone above and beyond to provide assistance when I struggled with tech issues. He has really been remarkable. Sorry you had a bad experience, but Mario (who I know only from his emails helping me understand what I was doing wrong) has been terrific in providing me with assistance.
You could also get assistance from Penguin customer service. Tell them what problems
You are having.
