5 Stars for the effect itself. It really is great. As taught, it's perfect for an informal setting but adaptable to your style.
4 Stars for the tutorial. The presentation of the tutorial could have been better scripted and organized. A few of the (minimal) sleights are merely glossed over. But most magicians with some experience will have some familiarity.
Bonus: a new (to me) card sleight is taught!
Erik Tait adds some additional teaching at the end which is helpful.
3 Stars for the lack of a gimmick/value. A gimmick is required and can be made at minimal expense or obtained from Penguin. Again, Tait teaches how to make it with items many magicians may already have on hand.
