I have a "magic" family that refuses to believe I have any powers whatsoever. This one surprised them. The transformation is actually really fun to perform. Grabbing the spinning card out of the air is not easy, but the missed grabs are good laugh for everyone. There is a flutter sound during the transformation, but the audience does not notice it. The gimmick is extremely well engineered, which is what you expect from Penguin. It is a winner.
