This is a terrific concept and could be a killer at a little distance. It is really well made and
the action is quick and effective. It's fairly easy to learn, after a little practice in tossing
and catching a card.
After rehearsing it and feeling that I had a good feel for it, I
gave it the infamous wife-test. At a distance of about four feet, she noticed two key, VISUAL
issues about it that I'm sure some non-wife-spectators would notice as well. It is also a little
louder than I expected.
I bought this for restaurant work and cannot recommend it for that
venue because of the points I mentioned above. Additionally, it's a one-trick-pony, unless one
makes up several - which the EXCELLENT instruction video teaches.
I won't use it but I'm
quite sure that it will suit those working at a slightly farther distance than table-hopping and
those who can find work-arounds for the problems I found. Still a fantastic concept, though.
