Magic Tricks

I've used the cheaper yellow rope version for over 20 years. It has served me well. But I recently got this one and I like it better. There's an aspect of this one that makes it easier to use in terms of handling that the cheaper one (I don't want to give anything away here). I also like the fact that it is white rope rather than yellow rope.

I've performed this effect several hundred times in front of audiences (the cheap version). I'm always startled and pleased how well it goes over. If you've seen it, as a magician you can easily know what is going on, but apparently not for lay audiences. Perhaps the strong reaction is because it is visual and unexpected.
