Honestly, I had high hopes for this effect. I really like Mark Elsdon, but this version of Max Maven's B'Wave is a serious step back in clarity, premise and effect.

The decision to turn the force card face up is made by the magician and NOT the participant. This is terrible. The premise is no longer about a prediction. The blank kicker ending, presentationally, doesn't support the prediction.

The presentation is all about what the magician did with the cards before hand and not about the choices the participant has made.

I am really pissed about how bad this is. No joke.
