I was looking forward to this, the book and DVD combo seemed to good to be true.
It was.
The
DVD will not play in any DVD player in the house.
I was so excited I went and bought a new blue
ray to watch the DVD.
Still would not load. I tend to learn by watching and use books as a
follow up.
I may read the book alone, but doubtful
Very disappointed.
hey Dan have you tried reaching out and getting another DVD since yours was faulty?
I do not own this yet but I don't think a DVD not working in a DVD player is appropriate grounds for giving a lower end rating.
I just try to chime in when I see ratings that don't seem completely valid. This comment is not argumentive
Just saying people seem to have great things to say about this so I just personally think a DVD player not working should be used in a bad review
You can't rate the DVD when you haven't seen the content
I did reach out for another DVD, the replacement would not play in a brand new player.
So a significant portion of the material was not accessible.
Hence the review
I stand by it
Don't buy this book
Just an observation, but the last 2 dvd’s I received did not play in my dvd player. I had to get one for my desk top computer and it still did not play until I loaded a player software. It was a pain but I finally got them to work. Good luck.
Good for you, @jdcsr1 ; which is that "player software" which can play the dvd?
