Good effects. Good variety. I continue to look for good parlor/platform magic, rather than cards and
coins.
Al Sharpe's "Two Ribbon Cut” to which Dan adds a second effect to make to more
complete.
The Switch-Over Knot is a clever addition to tripping a square not. Magical,
especially if you know what is going on with the untying.
George Blake's "Uncanny Hanks” is
also magical, but in this case there is a lot of construction required.
Graham Adams' Ring,
Chair and Rope is as Dan says, a great closer to a ring and rope routine, that plays big.
The Novel Coin Vanish is not really new, but Dan does a good job of explanation, and he adds
clever touches to the Vanishing Beer effect to make it a routine, not just literally a throw away..
Dan also provides legitimate presentations and touches for Tan Hock Chuan's Silk Through
the Glass and Blackstar's Mystic Match Box 1, 2, 3.
All in all a lot to choose from for
stand up magic.
