I bought the complete series from a different shop, I spent the summer reading and practicing. And
what the other books have that this book didn't is that they had tips and little tricks that you
could use to apply to / construct your own routines, as well as full routines that you could use,
this book consists solely of routines that friends of Banachek emailed to him, there is very little
material from the author himself, which I felt side tracked from the original purpose of this series
This is just my personal opinion, I like constructing my own routines and like books that
help me do that, That is what made the 1st and 3rd book better to me. But if you prefer reading a
book of routines that you can do, this is certainly a book for you, I just wasn't for me.
