Dan Harlan does a great job, and it's clear that he has specific experience related to billiard ball manipulation. However, these reviews are not just about the quality of instruction (with Dan it is almost always top notch), but also about the material.

Frankly, I don't find billiard ball manipulation deceptive or magical. Elsewhere, I have seen a few interesting billiard ball effects, but not in Tarbell.
