A great Halloween deck with a bow to those campy 1950's monster movies!!! Fun fun fun!!! This deck is a 3D deck complete with the glasses, but not so bold as to ruin the beauty when you don't have the glasses on. Colorful and great finish. It is marked in a completely new and different way. I had difficulty reading many of the markings and that is why I only gave it 4 stars. But if you are looking for a beautiful, fun and imaginative deck, this is a must have for your collection. If you are looking for a marked deck for magic, the Maiden's are easier to read (at least for me). But "Screams at Midnight" is another homerun for Penguin Magic!!!

No, the glasses are just to view the 3D effects. The marks can be read with or without the glasses. I actually think it’s easier to read them without the glasses on.
