"The effect of linking with GiR uses a no key method, that is to say there is no form of locking
mechanism, the rings are solid."
This is the same Linking Ring set I purchased from the
Adams Jokes and Tricks stand at the toy store at the mall 62 years ago.
You better believe
there is a key ring.
I own it, I have taken the tutorial, key ring.
The set provides a very fine routine with several innovative ring moves. Ring quality is almost below average for the asking price.
There is certainly no key required to perform GiR. You can use a key with it if you want to.
This is one of my best purchases this year.
I've been doing the rings since I was 16 . 50 years ago, with Dai Vernon's Symphony of the Rings. Now , I'm just looking to amuse myself with closeup magic mostly and out of the Blue , discovered the gir Rings. Now , I don't own any but you can't tell me there's no key . if that's the truth, then the misdirection is in switching the set of two for a single. let's get real . magic has come a long way , and before I spend 120 bucks on 5 inch Rings I'd like to know what I'm paying for. And again, I'm not fishing for answers , just wish the ad copy was geared towards experienced magician's.
