You will receive a standard 4 ring set that includes a key, double, and single ring. You then also
receive 2 impossible gimmick rings in addition to this. The impossible method DOES NOT involve the
key ring. Matthew teaches a standard 4 ring routine to get you started and then teaches you how to
introduce the GiR gimmick to make the rings examinable during the linking process. The rGiR rings
are completely solid and do not open or close. The key ring is irrelevant to the impossible link. So
to answer the other reviewer’s question: yes it comes with a key ring but no you don’t use it for
the impossible links. As for the ring quality they are of the highest. You can buy a $5 ring set
from your local shop if you just want to do the standard routine. But if you want to do the
IMPOSSIBLE, buy matthews set. I am considered one of the best ring magicians in the world and it is
because I use Matthew’s products. Full stop.

I wish I would have discovered Matthew's products a lot sooner. I can't remember the last time I
have enjoyed learning/practicing new magic this much in a very long time! Full disclosure, I am an
amateur when it comes to the linking rings, this is my first set, but man are they fun!
The
instructions by Matthew are top notch, there is so much to learn. The quality of the rings seems to
be great. I don't have another ring set to compare to, but after about a week of learning and
trying to get the crash link down, there aren't any dents or chips in the rings.
Now my
biggest decision is whether I should buy Ninja Plus or Ninja Fusion next!

I have been searching for a linking ring set for some time. I've held off purchasing any I came
across in the recent past. They were either of poor quality, or incredibly expensive.
There
once was a crowdfunding campaign to fund the creation of a stage set. Excellent quality and the
person spearheading the project is well-known and a respected Magician. I was excited for the
campaign until I saw the price for a set (Over $1500.00!!!).
Recently, I came across a
YouTube review of these rings and was very impressed. The cost (to me) was affordable and no matter
how many times I watched the video, I could not decern the method.
When I received GiR from
Penguin Magic I was blown away at the method, but I'm getting ahead of myself. These rings are of
excellent quality, they have a nice hefty feel to them and I know will last for a long, long time.
I was astounded by the method. There is a little extra skill required to use this set, but
it's worth it.
Highly recommended.
I am only an amateur at best, but I have been collecting ring sets for years; always looking for
what GIR now provides: the "no fear" key ring for amateurs. The move seems awkward at first, but you
begin to surprise yourself with the link. I love it.
With the caveat that I have not yet developed a routine, much less performed, I think this is a
great utility addition to Garrett's close up ring set. I saw Levent lecture on this gaff and am
happy to see Matthew adapted it to close up. The props are well made and will survive "managed"
examination. Working the gaff is easy enough; once I have this worked into a complete routine I
expect it will fool (or at least confuse) those "in the know" about linking rings.
Metal penatrating metal quickly or slowly, right up close. Clink or silent. Rings dropping and
spinning, forming patterns. I love them for my own entertainment, but is really magical if you have
an audience.
The previous reviews are correct - you can hand the rings out for inspection.
The videos cover the standard set as well as the routines with the impossible rings. There's so much
to learn, but it's easy to develop your own routine. Plenty of other videos available for this
classic.
18 years ago when my daughter was in 1st grade, she performed Chris Capehart's
wonderful 3 ring routine with full-size rings in the school's talent show and won for her category.
Dabbler, amateur, or professional...buy this. Packs small, amazes, and is fun to practice.
"The effect of linking with GiR uses a no key method, that is to say there is no form of locking
mechanism, the rings are solid."
This is the same Linking Ring set I purchased from the
Adams Jokes and Tricks stand at the toy store at the mall 62 years ago.
You better believe
there is a key ring.
I own it, I have taken the tutorial, key ring.

What to say!
Very disappointed, if I should recommend some person, I would advise them not to
buy, to avoid.
Very high price, indeed very high, for the quality of the product.
The
product can be purchased on Chinese sites at very low prices.
For the packaging, which is very
scarce, a simple bag per product to be placed in the freezer.
For the routine, there are much
better.
To conclude the worst purchase made in many years of magic.
