I had ordered Spectro touch from Joao and it didn’t work and failed me while performing. I raised
the issue to them and after lots of back and forth and me paying for the shipping once landing and
once sending and again landing, I get a replacement. I hoped this time the product will work, within
a month it breaks again and I send it back and pay for the shipping and now it is stuck in Portugal
for them to collect it and they are not responding to DHL and DHL will be sending it back. What kind
of a company is this. Careless to customers issues. Not responding to emails or calls, only caring
of making their profits. 👎 all the way. Unbelievable.
