As a beginner I found this DVD helpful. It would be nice to view the moves from one or two more angles. But it does show above the hands (more or less audience angle) and an exposed angle. He also gives plenty of historic context of each pass. He does say that these moves require a lot of practice, and he's right. Any one who's ever played a musical instrument knows what it means to practice fundamentals, think of these moves as advanced scales!
