The connection gimmick is very hard to use and when you are able to connect them, it's noisy.
Also if you're performing this for an intelligent person, they're going to be suspicious, not
only of the sound and possibly the handling, but also the inability to examine or inspect the coins.
May be better for stage or professional setting. More casual settings invite people to want to
inspect the coins.
Sorry for the negative review. It'll save someone $30.
My solution was to have a regular coin in one hand, which I add the spectator's coin. Then, with a simple pass add their coin going to the other hand where the dirty work is done. Then pass their coin back to the hand with the regular coin and all is good in the world. I agree with the noise you spoke about, I had to make an adjustment to remove that problem.
Did not find noise to be an issue.
Most coin gimmicks cannot be handed out for examination unless you do a simple pass for a regular coin. This is why I always prefer purchasing quarters over half dollars and what not.
The gimmicks noise is optional and is their for effect, he literally goes over how to make those noise pure. It’s to make it sound like they’re magnetically clicking
There are two points in the handling where the spectator handles both coins in their own hand, eliminating any need to further examine the coins in my opinion.
Not only are there a lot better ways to stick two coins together, all of them are cheaper and easier to use.
