There are a number of routines on this DVD, but I use the first routine which is the NO-Palm card to Envelope. This routine is just brilliant. I have used it on numerous people now and they are just blown away. I highly recommend this DVD. One problem I had found however that in some situations of the DVD, the sound had fluctuated. It may have been an isolated situation and it doesn't detract from the killer routine that is provided.
