Magic Tricks

Honestly one of my favorites lectures ever. The material is all incredibly strong and has clearly been sharply-honed through thousands of performances. Will Fern's mindset that he brings to his performances though is the real masterwork. He constantly shrugs off his enormous chops, and chooses to focus again and again on the things that matter to his clients (and all the ones I've worked for as well). How to make them the stars? How to include them in real ways that fill the participants and audience with joy? Joy is a word missing from most of our repertoires and vocabularies, but definitely not from Will's. He shares so much valuable insight in how to bring not just high-caliber magic, but enormous joy to all of our performances--what a gift that is to ourselves and our clients.
