If you want to learn sponge balls, watch this video. Daryl is always my favorite teacher, he is funny and charismatic and covers all kinds of subleties and fun facts and is just a great teacher. It's a shame he is no longer with us. Anyway, like always this one doesn't disappoint. Even if you know a bit about sponges already, it's still a good watch. I learned a few moves I didn't know and some ideas for things I had never thought about using sponges. Great purchase.
