You know I’ve seen a lot of moving hole tricks and if there was a holy grail of this effect, I think
this would be it. I laughed at the simplicity and ease upon which to make the gimmick and be as
clean and ready to go when you want. This really is a great trick worth 10 bucks.
I did not buy the effect yet, but, hope it is different from the Michael Close method since the ad says it is new.
Can this be easily learned and mastered by a 12 year old just getting into magic? Are buying refill packs required?
jbahtees - I'm an an older magician and have already figured this out from the trailer. it can be easily mastered by a 12 year old, no refills required, enjoy magic, I started at 12 and I'm 60 and still love it!!!
expertmagician1...I bought this thinking it was different from the Michael Close effect. Same idea and same principle.
Yeah, I gave this a glowing review. I was unaware that it was the same as Michael Close's. I went ahead and bought his video of Worker's Vol. 1 and the emotional hook is great than just a moving hole.
jbahtees, this is definitely ok for a 12 year old. No refills except for destroying face cards :)
jbahtees, If you are just getting started into magic and you perform any number or type of card tricks, be prepared to destroy several playing cards during the course of your performances. Whenever you have a card signed, torn or mutilated and/or removed from the deck proper itself... poof! there goes that particular deck. I can't tell you how many spare cards I have from all the decks I've compromised over the years I've been performing. The bright side of having all those spare cards lying around? you can practice to your hearts content any new effects that require you to destroy or mutilate a card. Good Luck and Good Magic!
