I have been customer of Penguin Magic for many years. I rarely send messege to their customer service but this time I had to. After only one use of the gimmick it brakes. The quality of the gimmick is very poor. I immediately sent an email to Penguin Magic's customer service and never received a repl. They lost me as a customer. Too bad.
