Magic Tricks

I’m the owner of “Ring-off” which is basically the same concept as Ring Escape. Since “Ring-off’s” shoelace is brown, I purchased Ring Escape simply due to the deceptive black & white pattern of the shoelace to help sell the illusion even more. Unfortunately, the gimmick isn’t that strong, so throwing the ring on the shoelace doesn’t catch that well or hold the weight of ring that well. I’m assuming the version that Magick Balay uses in the demo is as strong as the superior “Ring-off” version. Also, the written instructions aren’t that good and seem to be missing accompanying images in key sections where wording isn’t that clear. Unfortunately, the link to the video instructions where Magick Balay explains the routine no longer works (it goes to a “page not found.”). I’ve emailed Fantasma Magic customer service about it but no response. Disappointing.
