I received Spider Pen X and it allows miracles. I was just working with it and saw a review where
someone gave it a three star review but only owned the original and the pro version. Not sure how he
was able to review this without owning it but it's a big leap forward. It's smoother, quieter,
thinner, easier to use, affordable, and seems more dependable. Some other devices I have worked with
over the last few years are just too complicated. Yigal not only gives you full details on the
device but teaches some amazing magic as he typically does on his releases. His effects look like
real magic. Yigal understands thread work more than most people and he shares it with this item. I
am very happy with my purchase.

Spent six hours trying to find the end of the thread. Tried breaking the thread and peeling as suggested in the video to no avail. Still no end of thread. Also there was no wax or anything holding the thread outside the pen when it arrived. Just wrapped very tightly around spool with no end visible. Only alternative was to buy 2 new spools because the original turned into fuzz. For this price there should be better quality control.
I agree. Had to purchase 2 new spools also. Wasted all the thread within an hour of practicing. Seems that the thread breaks easier with this pen than the original. Never had a problem with the first spider pen. Also, if you cannot find the end of the thread try blowing onto the spool as you manually spin it around. lot of times this will cause the end to loosen.
I’m not buying it because of how weak the thread was on Tarantula 2. Based on what I am reading here the thread is weak on the pen also just as I suspected. Thanks folks. I’ll hold off for now.
All that hassle for just a c-note? Thanks for helping me save 100 bucks! I was almost ready to spring for this, I'm not an "experienced" thread worker but I do some very basic work in that area. I do enough "floating" as it is, I live in Oregon. peace
I certainly can understand how people can review a product they haven’t purchased. I purchased the first spider pen and it never worked upon trying to contact the developer of the pan I received no response and would never buy another one of his products.
Hard to believe when I’ve tried 3 pens and they all progressively got worse every time they sent me another one. Tarantula was another abomination that lasted all of 3 days. All his levitation tricks seem to break / not work within 3 days. Never getting another product from him again. For that money you’d think he makes quality over quantity but that’s definitely never the case
