I was hoping for more info on what to actually include in the lecture, and how to structure a lecture, and how in-depth to go, but that's barely more than two pages of the PDF. (Meanwhile, there's an entire page explaining what GPS is, one page about making sure your car is reliable, and one page urging you to buy a CD duplicator. Four pages of rights and dedications.) There's some helpful information here, but also a lot of filler.
