Magic Tricks

First, this is a first rate product with incredible results. The reason for only 4 stars is that it is yet another offshore product with TERRIBLE instructions. I had to figure most of it myself. I've got it now with the original wick and charging patterns. My biggest complaint is that you receive a 1-sided printed sheet with nothing that helps with the refills. Lastly, the wicks and refill are only available via Sun's website - the products are priced fairly, but the DELIVERY charge is $50.

I will use often and therefore, there needs to be a better solution when my current unit goes bad. There also needs to be a better explanation of how to change the wick. I spent hours on this replacement and it still didn't come out right.

This is the best smoke producer I've ever used, but it could definitely use a better User Manual or downloadable video.
