I struggled between giving this 4 or 5 stars because once you get it set up and get the hang of it,
it creates big plumes of smoke.
Now, here's why I decided on 4 stars: The one page instruction
sheet falls way below par. I had to figure most of it out myself. BUT, ultimately there is no
explanation or tutorial on how to change the wick. I fought with it for hours - you need three hands
to accomplish this task. When I inquired about more detailed instructions, there was nothing to be
found. There should be a video for a better explanation on operation and maintenance.
Finally,
if you need wick, smoke fluid, and rubber hose, the only place to get them is from China
(https://sun-production.com/SunSmoke). The shipping cost is $50 no matter what you order from the
site. The shipping is higher than the cost of the refill products I need.
If you search, you can
find some information online.
But the smoke it makes is flawless and that's why I love it.
Hello Mr. MacBlane. I'm not sure if you have discovered this like I have or not by now, but if you click on any one of the product pages for their refill/accessories on the website, it's stated at the bottom of the page "If you only buy Refill & Accessories, please contact me E-mail or Support. You can use cheaper shipping." in red font. I would do as that message states if I were you. Hopefully, the "cheaper shipping" will be reasonable. :)
