Mine stopped working after having it for 3 months and I only used it about 5 or 6 times. Penguin magic does not stand by their products. They offered no replacement. Just said, sorry.

Have you reached out to Yigal Mesika? I had an issue once with an original tarantula. Yigal offered a full replacement. I just had to pay shipping costs. I have had really great experiences from Mesika.
