Without a doubt, great trick. Get it. Totally worth it.
Easy to do. I'm a beginner, and after
ordering the trick, watched the learning video a few times and when the trick arrived, I opened it
up, familiarized myself with the deck, and then performed for my wife. She was blown away. Great for
beginners. No slights or hard moves. This trick is more about the presentation and your patter. Very
easy to make your own.
My only two observations:
The explanation goes into great
detail. Perhaps too much so. While I understand and appreciate the attention to details and
reasoning behind the steps, for me, Roberto goes off on too many tangents between steps. And they
are too long. That is why I needed to watch the video serval times more than usual. I got the
comprehension the first time, but needed several repeat watches to be able to discard the extraneous
details and focus on the execution of each step. Again, I appreciate the "why" of each step, but
it's distracting in learning the "how". Perhaps a second go through focusing on the execution?? Dan
Harlan and Andy Nyman give excellent tutorials. No disrespect to Roberto, as he's a pro who has been
doing this for years and I'm a newbie. Just my opinion. Again, his details are great and you can see
his passion.
My second observation was his method for getting the audience to move through
an important third step in the card selection. I thought it was way too awkward and left too much to
chance that would require a lot of verbal maneuvering to get through. Seems too long and involved
compared to the other 3 steps and IMO might seem shady to the audience and a tip-off. However, this
was addressed in the discussion segment after you buy it, and a simple quick solution is offered. I
used that and the trick worked out great and was much simpler.
Again, no disrespect to
Roberto. I'm just a rookie. Just my opinion. Do not let any of that discourage you from getting this
trick. Highly recommend. Great closer. Thank you Roberto.
