As you can see from the other reviews I had the exact same problem. My spectrotouch broke I was in contact back and forth with joao a couple of times and then he completely stopped emailing me. Once I finally got a hold of Murphy's magic and they got in touch with him I was instructed to send it back to which he claimed he never received the item. I feel like this is stealing and I just wanted my other half of my spectro touch back which I never received. It's been over 8 months and both Murphy's and Joao have gone completely silent. This. Sucks.
