I was a bit dissapointed with this for phase 1 and phase 2, but then phase 3 changed everything for me.

I think your magician buddies will figure out phase 1 and 2, but 3 is a fooler and im delighted with the method, its REALLY cool and not something i've seen used before and wish methods like this were more common!

even though the first 2 stages arent magician foolers, they should fool laymen and all together with all 3 phases its a really fun and powerful routine!
