The gimmick is clever and hides in plain sight with the POV Pad. I only do magic because I have kids
and I teach middle school and they are my main audience- so I am no expert magician. And speaking of
my students and my kids at home, I fooled them all- and the only person who ever discovered the
gimmick were my kids because they don't know how to follow directions and instead of writing on the
pad properly, they began fighting over it and in doing so, they exposed the gimmick. This was only
after they asked me to try it again several times when they finally exposed the gimmick after they
were mishandling it. Before that, they were definitely fooled at least 5 times.
Also, no
one can stand directly behind you, so the trick is angle sensitive, but you can have a wide angle if
the audience are all in front of you.
Great trick. It works.
