Got my first refill and it was totally scratched up. Contacted Penguin customer service and they were amazing and immediately sent me out another one. Unfortunately, the next one was also super scratched up even though they shipped in a bubble mailer and were extra careful. Leads me to believe they have a bad stock batch of refills.
