my problem with this deck, without spoiling just what a Svengali deck is for the muggles, is that
the special cards involved are only modified on one side of the card, and it's obvious to the
spectator. i mean, just to look at, it is obvious, never mind letting an audience member hold one
of the cards. the deck may work fine in parlour routines, but i would not recommend for close-up
work. there are probably better Svengali decks out there, where the modification is made on both
sides of the card, making it much less obvious what is going on. shame, really, as the cards
themselves are fine, as is the price.
