I’m giving it 4 stars because I did exactly how the instructions were layed out and did not work as
stated . Im waiting on a response for joas support team to hopefully get it resolved. The product is
well made, and many ways to hook up is great. Lots of different sounds are included and you can
choose other sounds that must be mp3 only. Certain sounds do have to be made at a lower volume than
others to be more believable.

If you still need some help I would suggest that you install the updates. That's what I did and it worked fine. However, it is a pain to install new sound files and he does NOT tell you what files you received.
