I have been performing magic professionally for over 25 years, and I am rarely impressed by any
magic props. Well, it was certainly not the case with Equalizer.
After watching the instructions
and testing the unit for several hours, I can honestly say that I am blown away by how real the
sounds play like the real ones. The card riffle is my favorite.
Not only that but the routines,
accessories, holders, and the overall built quality is top notch. I didn’t know that even Svengali
cards were included, to force a song!
The prop works exactly as described.
I have bought
several creations from Joao, but this one is the best, IMHO.
The routines are amazing and well
structured, and the sounds REALLY are THAT good.
Joao mentions that they have been
professionally recorded at a studio. I need to see how to record sounds with the same quality,
because my mind is running with ideas.
The only (small) downside is that the battery life lasts
2.5 hours before it needs to be charged, and I just wish it would last a little longer.
I
performed to my wife the Music Box routine, and she could not believe her eyes when the music box
vanished. Her reaction was worth the price of this project alone.
Best investment I have done,
in ages. Cannot wait to perform it in my shows.
