As soon as I learned this, I incorporated it into my stage show. It kills. People will turn away and
say "I can't watch this". I have done this effect at least 100 times now so I think I can really
talk from expirience here.
This is NOT A TRICK. You will learn how to push a real needle
through your real hand - for real. You have to be willing to do that, there is no easy way. Even
though you get an explanation on wich needles to use and how and where to do it, you still have to
do it to yourself. I was incredibly nervous the first time but after a while you get used to it. But
you will feel a needle go through your hand, so if you're not willing to do that, this effect is not
for you.
The video quality is quite bad to be honest when it comes to image, but the
explanation is allright. In the end it all comes down to your own mindset.
Also, even
though I wouldn't call it dangerous and so far I have no lasting effects from doing it many, many
times, there will always be a risk associated with doing something like this.
I can tell
you it is an amazing trick but if you're not willing to put yourself through some discomfort and a
little pain better look for something else.
But if you are, this effect is a jawdropping
showstopper that will leave people questioning your sanity.
