Instruction video makes a big deal at the 1:30 mark talking about how the shell is improved by Teflon tape covering the inside of the shell. There is absolutely no Teflon on the inside of my shell, as a result all of the problems that are meant to be fixed are happening for me: the shell is loose and moves around and it talks as you put it onto a coin.
