I understand that Lucid was shown and sold at Blackpool in the UK, and at Magic Live in Las Vegas, both in August, I believe. But Javier Bonilla is in NY. I’m not sure if Lucid was available for online order before Penguin released it, though. Javier said “Just got this” on September 14, so I too have the same question.
I must correct myself. Blackpool was in February, not August. Thus just adds to the mystery more.
I had a similar question and reached out to penguin. If you have not done so, then I’ll relay that they told me there was a delay and mid October (I think the 18th) is their estimated shipping date. How people got it early? I assume that they got it at magic live or whatever the convention in Vegas was called.
