The method itself is super straightforward and can be applied to any hypnotic phenomenon with just a few key changes in the scripting. I say this is a very good way to get the perfect response from suggestion especially if you're doing scale ups but to be fair you can practically jump into any type of phenomenon with this technique and it's awesome. My advice would be mix this along with other suggestion and straightforward techniques to get the most out of it. Five stars for sure
