I have been performing this for a while now, so wanted to add another review that takes into consideration my experience.
1/ It kills.
2/ Be careful, Wash hands, wash gimmick and let it dry.
3/ The thing that is increasing the reactionsn have to do with convincers. Good acting for the effect , and planning how to " get those tic tags into play Best reactions I got were when I sent few guys from my dinner table to actually buy a tic tac box from a close deli. Remove the heat. Make it feel impromptu.
5/ And milk it. milk it. milk it . This one is not one to rush.

Absolutely love it. Always wanted to learn block head, still on the fence about it. This one does it for me.
