Takahashi does a good job of explaining the mechanics of how to do this move. On the plus side, this
is a very inexpensive download and, even more important, there's not a lot of chitchat or
atmospherics or music to waste your time. On the negative side there are a lot of free videos on the
web that teach the basic move, and some of them give a little more in the way of applications. I
recommend this because as you're learning the move it's easier to go back to a short video that gets
straight to the point rather than wade through a lot of extraneous babbling.
I have to say,
though, that where I think this video, and all the others, falls short is in not explaining the
difficulty of learning this move. I've been working on it for some weeks and am making slow
progress. The issue, at least for me, is not so much figuring out the move -- that's pretty simple.
The difficulty, I think, lies in building up the strength in some of your fingers to do the move. I
think he should make it clear that this move is likely to take a while to get down and why. That
could scare buyers off, but this is a Lennart Green move and no buyer is going to think it's a quick
learn.
