Magic Tricks

This is probably not fair to the wallet because I have a friend with one that works great however mine is unusable. It seems to be that the crucial seam is a little misplaced. This would not be an issue except the response from Penguin has been completely unsatisfactory. 4 business days to respond to the initial email and that was to ask for a video. 3 days after sending that I still get no reply. I know of another place with much better customer service and they will get my future business.
