The small speaker is adequate for close-up performances. However, be prepared to do some very serious software updates and searching for sound files. The tutorial shows you the three sound files but unless you update the software you will not be able to access the sounds. You will also have to search for files you like and add them to your files which takes some computer skills too. If you have some good computer skills you will be able to use this. If you don't you should know someone who can help you otherwise it will end up in the bottom drawer.
