Two out of three reviews for the Fox 2 are describing the Fox 1. It’s fine to dislike the Fox 1,
and it’s fine to dislike the Fox 2. However, it is on;y fair to write a review of the Fox 2, as
that is what someone is purchasing here.
First off, the Fox is a leather item, and is very
well made. It’s a clever design that allows for a number of peeks, switches, and other effects.
To understand if the Fox is for you, you need to know what you are getting. This is not a
wallet. Even though you could use it for that, it’s going to be larger than you most likely need,
It might seem suspicious to some people, as the average person would not have a wallet like this.
If, however, you use it as intended, you will find this to be a very interesting prop for
your mentalism. It’s a folio. It appears to be something you would use as part of your
professional work. For me, it holds billets and ESP cards. I use it so people can write in it.
It makes complete sense for a mentalist to use this.
There is also the fact that the folio
comes with a number of routines and ideas. If you don’t want to use them, that’s fine. I look at
the routines as a bonus, as the folio itself is why I got it.
Is it expensive? Yes. It
is worth it? To me, yes. If you don’t want it, don’t get it. If you dislike it, give the Fox a
poor review. But at least review the actual item, not an earlier version of it.
