This is fantastic. Yes, it is expensive. But, great effect; easy to do; and great method. I had
assumed the method would be something dumb - like an old fashioned deck switch to a forcing deck
where all the cards are the same. Or, sleight of hand. No. Not at all. This is really clever. I
can see why one magician refers to this as the best forcing deck - ever. (I will be using this
methos in other effects that I already perform, but using harder methods.)
The only reason i do
not give it five stars is because you start off by pulling out a deck that looks like playing cards.
??? Bicycle backs, again! Why start that way? To me, it hints: this is just a card trick. Which, at
its core; it is. Fortunately, the “celebrity-theme” presentation is soooo strong, that it will not
be remembered as a card trick.
But, why start with bicycle backed playing cards.? Why not
pull out a stack of squarish photo cards or even something that looks like celebrity “trading
cards.” Same method, but without looking like another playing card trick. Still, I strongly
recomend it. The overall effect is just “edgy” enough to be fun for adults, but without a family
audience getting offended. Buy it.
