Great thinking within these pages. Fraser allows you to figure out an animal randomly chosen by a
participant. The only thing I didn’t love his heavy dependence on Michael Murray’s CUPs principle
yet he didn’t explain the principle because it’s “not his.” That’s fine - but it would be nice to
explain WHAT it is without revealing the details. (Of course, it is referring to a timing count, but
that’s not revealed in the book). Nevertheless, most serious students of mentalism will already be
familiar with varying methods to accomplish the necessary qualifying. And Fraser gives plenty of
other methods as well.
Overall - great thinking. I especially like the idea of combining
this with other routines almost like an intro which covers for any misses. I’m excited to try this
out.
