Magic Tricks

If you know magic, you already know the incredibly high quality of Daryl‘s work. If you don’t, this is a great routine to introduce you to his style of magic. Daryl‘s magic is incredibly clean, clear, fooling and entertaining for audiences. This rising card download is just another example.

Using props that can mostly be borrowed, including an ordinary deck of cards in an ordinary envelope, Daryl has created a routine that gives you all of the advantages of a card stab, without requiring a table or a knife. The “gimmick” is an everyday object that you can carry with you and is rung in and out in the cleanest possible way.

The routine requires some basic knowledge of card handling, and the rising technique is a little knacky, but Daryl clearly teaches everything you need to know in the tutorial.

Once you’ve learned it, you’ll have routine that can be done on stage, parlor, close-up or even impromptu! This routine, like so much of Daryl’s material, is a magical “Swiss Army knife.” In fact, you could make this up with one trip to an office supply store, making it a great “emergency” routine.

This is a real worker that is going into my repertoire immediately.
