If you have a black close-up mat, then you're not in luck.

Make sure your shells stand out from the close-up mat. And since your cards need to stand out from the close-up mat, black is the favourite colour (to contrast white) which WILL be a problem for your turtle shells if you dont have some other coloured mat.
