This DVD is really great you know it teaches different types of passes and covers the basics and advanced versions. The routines are great too. He is a great teacher. The reason I gave it a 4 stars was because of the video quality but it was filmed in 1989 so what do you expect? Great DVD. Add to cart. If you past this up it will be one of the biggest mistakes of your life!
